Your warranty begins on the day you receive your product(s).

Office Chairs	Standing Desks
The MONARCH, VICEROY and CLODIUS come with a 3 year warranty. All other office chairs come with 1 year warranty.	The ASTERIA and BRISKA standing desks come with a 3 year warranty.

What is covered under Harunamu’s office chairs and standing desk warranty?

• Manufacturing defects in the product’s functionality at the time of delivery
• Missing or damaged parts at the time of delivery
• Incorrect product description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery

What is not covered under Harunamu’s office chairs and standing desk warranty?

• Regular wear and tear including but not limited to the degradation of the external surfaces (e.g. mesh, castors etc), and varying tightness of the mechanisms.
• Damage including but not limited to improper use, accidents etc.
• Defects occurring due to customizations, substitutions, modifications or alternations of the product.
• Labour charges associated with repairs or replacement. Any replacement of parts, including shipping and installation costs will be provided by Harunamu. Depending on the complexity of the issue, our labour costs are chargeable starting from $40.
