Overall their standing desks are sturdy and the motor is silent, that was the primary reason why I went with Harunamu as some of the other desk brands I tried were shaky. The desk came in good condition and delivery was timely. Service was excellent too! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality standing desk.

I bought the Grey Monarch Ergonomic Chair 2 months ago. No complaints so far. Prior to buying, I did my own research (testing out different showrooms, different brands), and the main reason for shortisting the Monarch is because of its comfort and adjustable back support. Compared to my previous chair, I would say that the Monarch is far superior in terms of build and quality, and is not crazily overpriced (to the quality that you're getting). More importantly, my back doesn't hurt now!
Bought the non-drill baby gate during a groupbuy. The quality of baby gate is good, sturdy and it has self closing mechanism/ can hold its place if open at 90degree.
While the quality is good and it was easy to fix, we had an issue where our robot vacuum couldn’t go through due to the bar at the bottom. As we are placing this at our kitchen, we couldn’t put it higher due to high limitation of our counter bar and our robot needed a 15cm clearance.
I was informing my groupbuy host of my problem and to my surprise she actually informed Harunamu. Harunamu reached out to me and solved our issue by giving us an exchange gate with a shorter height gate, so we can fix it higher for our robot vacuum to go through.
Thank you so much for the kind gesture and exchange! I must say most sellers would just ask us to suck it up and accept it as it’s our own oversight but Harunamu did their best to solve our issue, and also didn’t mind that we already fixed the gate and thrown the box packaging away.

The chairs are good in quality and value for money.
Apart from their office chairs there are lots of beautiful looking furniture. Was attended to by Arie whose service was exceptional. Delivery and after sales service was smooth as well.
